Early 19th Century mahogany tambour desk, the cylindrical tambour top opening to reveal a fitting writing interior comprising of central cupboard with three oak lined drawers either side and concave cupboard doors, below the writing area are two mahogany lined drawers with crossbanded drawer fronts and having the original brass engraved swan neck handles, supported on square tapering legs terminating on brass cap and castors.  Circa 1820. 39 3/4"x  24" x 40" high 101cms x 61cms x 102cms high

A lovely quality early 19th Century Anglo-Indian carved padauk partners desk, having a nice figured top with an ornate carved border and gadrooned edge, a selection of eight graduated drawers below with the original carved wooden knob handles and having carved floral decoration on the drawer fronts, with a decorative caved central arch, the reverse of the desk in the same style as the front but having a drawers on either side with a cupboard below, the sides of the desk profusely carved in the same style as the front and back of the desk, raised on carved turned feet.  Circa 1840.

A fabulous quality 19th Century inlaid mahogany breakfront bookcase, having a moulded edge cornice with dentil moulding and a swan neck pediment at the centre with decorative circular fan inlays, the frieze below having further decorative inlay, having four astrigal glazed doors below opening to reveal three adjustable shelves at the sides and two adjustable shelves at the centre, the bottom section having four inlaid panelled doors opening to reveal two adjustable shelves in each section, supported on a plinth base.  The bookcase is in excellent condition and having a nice warm rich mahogany colour.  Circa 1880.

A magnificent and excellent quality early 20th Century mahogany long case clock by Maples & co of London, having a fabulous carved mahogany case incorporating various carved shell, leaf and scroll decoration with circular patraes and rams heads, the top of the arched hood having three bold and shaped finials, with carved and pierced panels either side, the whole case is profusely carved all over and the carvings are of top quality.  The movement itself is a eight day quarter chiming movement chiming on eight bells or Westminster on four gongs with a dead beat escapement, it has subsidiry dials for a strike / silent, Westminster to eight bells and a second hand dial, it is a substantial English three train movement with steel line brass dial with silvered chapter rings.  The movement has had a complete service overhaul and is perfect working order.  Circa 1910.

A large and impressive early 19th Century mahogany partners writing desk from the Georgian era, the thumb moulded edge top having a dark tan leather writing surface decorated with blind and gold tooling, below having a combination of twelve mahogany lined drawers and four faux drawers, four working drawers either end of the desk and two working and two faux drawers either side, all having brass handles and escutcheons, supported on elegant turned legs terminating on brass cap and castors.  In excellent condition and nice having drawers on each side of the desk.  Circa 1810.
